Royal Chaunsa is run by Royal Enterprises, Multan. Ordering on this site or on WhatsApp means you accept these terms. Prices are in PKR and include free delivery. Multan orders can pay Cash on Delivery; all other cities pay in advance by bank transfer (HBL, Muhammad Azam). Bank-transfer orders are confirmed only after we receive and verify your payment, and the details recorded at checkout are what apply. Multan deliveries get Rs 200 off each 5 kg box and Rs 400 off each 10 kg box.

Free nationwide: 3 to 4 working days across Pakistan. These are estimates and depend on the courier. Please give an accurate address and a reachable phone number, and have someone available to receive the parcel. If a delivery fails because of wrong details or no one being available, and the fruit spoils, we cannot refund it.

Chaunsa is natural, seasonal fruit, so some variation in size, colour, ripeness and exact weight is normal. Boxes are a nominal 5 kg or 10 kg. Out-of-season varieties are pre-orders that ship around the date shown on the product.

Mangoes are perishable, so there are no returns or change-of-mind cancellations once an order is dispatched. If a box arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with your tracking ID and photos, and we will replace it free or refund the affected amount to the account you paid from, normally within 5 to 7 working days. Full refund any time before dispatch. After dispatch, perishable orders cannot be cancelled.

One refund or replacement claim per order, settled from our order and delivery records and assessed in good faith. We may decline claims that are late, unproven, or do not match our records, and we may cancel or refuse any order we believe is fraudulent and refund what was paid.

We use your name, phone, address and optional email only to handle and deliver your order and keep you updated. We never sell your data. Reviews show your first name with a masked phone number.
